Virtualware introduces VIROO at the Second European Defence Innovation Day
Bilbao, May 29th – The European virtual reality company Virtualware (EPA: MLVIR) participates at Second European Defence Innovation Day (EDID) to show how virtual reality (VR) is revolutionizing the training of the medical team of the Spanish Military Health Corps.
The high-level event, promoted by The European Defence Agency under the auspices of the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the EU, is taking place on Wednesday, 31 May and Thursday, 1 June 2023 in Brussels. It will bring together innovators from across Europe and offers participants a unique programme that combines a high-level conference, an extensive exhibition zone and in-depth talks from those leading European excellence in defence innovation.
This event will focus on the challenges and opportunities in connecting technological innovation and capability development. A meeting point for entrepreneurs and innovative companies interested in the defense and security market, in which Virtualware participates (stand 47), presenting how the Spanish Military School of Health (EMISAN) manages the training processes of health personnel in different highly complex environments, using the VIROO® virtual reality platform deployed in a full-scale room.
