VIROO® for tech and entrepreneur community in Spain.
Client: Bizkaia Science and Technology Park
Bizkaia Technology Park is part of the Network of Technological Parks of the Basque Country. They have about 276 companies with headquarters in the province of Bizkaia and about 11,000 employees.
The goal of the Network of Technological Parks of the Basque Country is to reach up to 580 companies that are part of its network across the Basque Country, and that employ over 20,000 people.
When the Network of Technological Parks of the Basque Country set out to bring innovative tools to the entrepreneurial sector of the Spanish autonomous community, it turned to virtual reality (VR) and its capabilities to foster research, design, and innovation among small and medium companies that benefit from the services of the Bizkaia Technology Park, in the outskirts of Bilbao.
Virtualware tailored and deployed its VIROO® VR platform at the Bizkaia Technology Park in a multi-user interface environment developed in a 100-square meter VIROO® room, where companies from the Spanish Basque region can create, manage, and deploy immersive sessions for training, prototyping, design reviews, or the development of an endless array of VR content to meet a wide variety of needs.
